A Gift Story

There are some women who were thrown acid on their bodies, they have burnt faces, smashed noses and melted eyes. There is an organisation committed to putting an end to the attacks against women. There are the Sheroes Hangout cafes in Agra & Lucknow run by these women, and there is a pandemic which has hit us hard and this vulnerable community hardest. When thirty survivors are about to lose their jobs and more than 150 acid attack survivors attached with the cause are affected due to the closure of the two cafes, and when there is no hope of reopening them for at least a year or may be more, we thought of this venture, A GIFT STORY, a story of resilience against all odds. On this friendship day in the very special year 2020, we are laying the foundation of A GIFT STORY, an online gift store,

What About Sheroes Hangout cafe?

As and when we get a chance to reopen the Sheroes Hangout, we know customers are going to want to see a lot more cleaning. New procedures such as physical distancing and contactless operations to safeguard patrons, are going to be equally as important. Customer safety is going to come before profit now more than ever. We are preparing ourselves for that day, we are adding new team members in our network, we are working day and nigh to reach to those who have no other mean left  and your might see new faces when the cafes reopen.
